I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with easy access to the town center and a great base to explore Birmingham. The staff were hospitable and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, the lack of smiling faces from the night shift was a bit of a letdown. The dining experience was good but could use some improvement in terms of variety. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
